When you leave your desk, please ensure you press Ctrl-Alt-Delete (or windows key + L) and engage the password protected screensaver you have on your machine. If you don't have that lock function do the following:

1. Right Click on your Desktop and click on Properties
   
2. In the Display Properties dialog box click Screen Saver tab
   
3. Click On resume, password protect
   Note: You can also set a time for the screensaver to automatically engage, but it is not password protected w/o clicking the box next to it
   
4. Click Apply and then OK
   
5. Done!
