Once the student is in attendance at KU, they are the authorized person to access grades. Students can go to
Enroll and Pay to see their final grades. Parents may ask their students to print a screen shot of their final grades. If the student has completed an
Authorization to Release Student Information form (PDF), parents may also send a written request including the student's name, date of birth, KUID number, last four digits of the student's social security number, the name of the person requesting the grades, the last four digits of the social security number of the person requesting the grades, month and year of birth of the person requesting the grades, the semester (ex. Fall 2006) and a self addressed, stamped envelope to:

Parents may request up to two semesters of grades. If more than two semesters are needed a transcript will need to be ordered. The transcript order form must be signed by the student for whom the transcript is being requested.
